My kancil has been sold! Sob... sob.... sob...

My first car.

The car that I used balik north with Aminah many times before she got married and moved to Singapore.

The car that feeds all 5 of kaklong shila's kids when I go outing with them.

The car that had made many trips to Melaka, without dropping by to say hello to Jawahir.

The car that I will drive by myself to go to Singapore over the weekends.

The car that kakteh & adik will fight for to use over the weekend at the time when they just started working in KL.

After 7 years, finally, I let it go.

Now I have no car, my darling driver not around, lagi la morello! :(

Semalam nasib baik tak banjir klia. Now dah macho hantar dia balik Kuching kat airport.

Besok nak pegi settle loan kereta. Kalau tak dapat, hampeh la.

Buta IT gal spends her day at Langkawi

Yeay, kita kat Langkawi la. Arrived here at 11.10am. Staying at Aseania Resort in Pantai Chenang area. Apa buat hari ni?

Lepas check-in, pegi Underwater World. Entry RM28.00 per person (Malaysian Only). Others pay RM38.00. Suka tengok apa sini? Penguin la. Teringat Happy Feet. Tapi the 3d Theater presentation macam hampeh aja. I actually took time filling up their comment card! Lepas beli apa patut kat souvenir shop, balik..... sleep! Ngantuk la, bangun awal this morning, and tido lewat jugak semalam. Keluar very late dinner at Stable Steak House Kampung Baru. First time I went there in 1997, chicken chop was RM7.90. Today, still same portion = RM12.90. Tapi taste okay. The steak was delicious too..... I just had a taste okay, not ate 2 different meals.

Anyway, back to my langkawi trip: Around 4pm check-out apa menarik kat hotel, noted tempat massage. Apa lagi, membelaikan diri la. Tukang urut malay lady, tapi power la. Lega rasa tengkuk and kaki! At 630pm pegi Kuah town. Seperti biasa, Aida kalau masuk kedai, mesti keluar berplastik la. I bought baju for my sis. Tak tau kenapa hari ni satu hari teringat kat dia. (and if my darling brothers & sister are reading this, don't forget sunday's lunch! Jangan lewat!) Tadi had dinner kat tepi pool, candle light lagi, tapi makan sorang-sorang! Now at internet cafe. About 200 metres from my hotel. Jalan kat area ni meriah, at least until 11pm sbb pantai Chenang ni tourist area.

Mama cakap nak datang besok, provided babah dapat off la. Kena wait for her call besok pagi. If not I'm going Island Hopping, nak tengok orang bagi makan burung helang. If they are coming, then I pegi city tour ja la with them.

Tapi hp berbunyi tak sudah. Office tak kacau, tapi ramai la pulak kengkawan nak book MAS travel fair last minute. Okay la tu, tak leh tolak rezeki. I geram with MH website for the past 2 days. Was trying to purchase ticket for PEN-KUL-PEN for Mama&Babah. Nak cari cheapest for them to KLIA to connect with their Surabaya flight in March. Tapi asal nak masuk payment mode mesti hang. Hampeh betul la. I got them naik airasia ja, senang cerita.

Okay la, I have few emails need to reply. Happy belated birthday to Jawahir, to Johan Faisal, to Ayesha Syaheera too (mummy iza: correct spelling?). Babyaina will turn one next Tuesday. The kids are growing very fast la! Bila la i nak...... hmm..... rather not bring up that topic again now, dah lah sorang2 kat sini, nanti depress!!!

Lepas reply email nak balik, ada novel chic lit nak kasi habis. Kita balik KL hari Sabtu.

Dah February

Sekejap ja dah masuk bulan 2. Banyak benda plan nak buat dalam January...... tak buat-buat jugak lagi. Ish-ish-ish.

I'm working today. Due to MH Travel Fair. So far sale kira okay la. But boss dah tinggal message atas meja, kalau hari ni tak banyak sales, tutup ja awal. So am planning to close at 2pm today. We will start at 10am today, tapi saja ja datang awal, nak clear email. This time MH bagi prices macam la bagus sangat. How do they expect us to make money like this? To Medan is RM59 per way exclude tax, return is RM118, but they give 2% ja agent commission. Dapat la RM2.36.... hampeh betul la. Paling banyak boleh dapat pun RM39.96 per ticket. Tak pulang modal langsung. Lagi client bising kenapa MATTA nak impose ACF (agency collection fee) another RM30 per ticket. And lagi client nak mintak discount. Ada yang boleh cakap : "you sure make lots of money one! Give discount la! I'm your regular customer!" yeah right! datang beli time travel fair saja, where I get RM30 margin only, lagi mau bagi discount? Sape nak bayar overtime my staff? Electricity bukak Sunday & last Thursday? Their meals lagi? ......... :(

Semalam pegi betulkan kereta. Lagi I nak beli keta baru, lagi macam-macam hal keta tu. My side mirror belah kanan kena curi. Not the whole thing, cermin saja. And sebelah ja. Agaknya tukang ambik tu takdak cermin nak letak kat toilet rumah dia kut? Cermin keta kancil kecik sket, comel la konon. Frust betul. Lain la kalau my kereta tu sport car, lain cerita la! Cari kat Bukit and Melawati, semua cakap kena ganti the whole thing which will cost RM100 plus. Last-last pegi kedai Leong kat pandan, dia ganti cermin ja, paid RM35 for it. ..... should have gone to Leong first thing! Met this one cute malay guy kat Leong. Before this mana ada chance. Semua apek perut boroi with their mercedes or other big cars, or the malay guys came with their families, or if they come alone, I don't come alone. So yesterday tengah best cuci mata, he said hi, I just smiled at him, and he started to be friendly. At least tak terasa la boring sementara tunggu keta siap. Tapi that's about it. If I'm lucky, I will see him some other time again at the workshop! ( he is really cute!!!!! )

What else? Oh, ayahnurin had a great time lepak rumah mama for the past 2 weeks. Dia ada kerja kat Perai. Dengar mama masak macam-macam. How I wish my parents balik Seremban A.S.A.P! I can balik every weekend, or everyday! Must think a wise strategy to talk to dad into it. My 2 anak sedara are fine. Hariz dah standard 2, and Nurin will be 5 in October. I was with them last weekend, chaotic! But I had fun. (Ayong : please remind kak lin on the tax file I've asked her last week, thanks.)

Petang karang nak pegi visit p5 kejap. Kesian dia kena MC 3 weeks tak boleh jalan. Next week am going to Langkawi. Flight hari Khamis pagi, balik sini Sabtu. Am going alone this time. Need to be on my own for a while, need to get away from my very busy schedule. My darling is back. Asyik turun south aja tolong orang banjir. Weekdays he is busy with work, meetings, outstation, medical check-up, bla-bla-bla! Not that he doesn't make up time for me, but still........ :(
Yes, I'm loudly & publicly complaining !!! But what to do? He loves volunteer work. I'll try to be understanding, I have always, but from time to time I do my mengada as usual. Hehehe.

Okay la, nak start work!
