GYM, FOOD, DAN SEWAKTU DENGANNYA

Hari Ahad sakit peha, mlm tadi pening kepala, sekarang ni sakit pinggang. Perut kelaparan. The trauma I have to go thru nak kurus ni. Hmm, since monday control my food. I cannot eat nasi, I hate & am bored eating roti. Sayur I tak makan. But I cannot eat maggie mee. So what to eat?

By yesterday evening I dah jadi like my friend Sarah said : Monster craving for carbo!!!! Aiyak. Sungguh susah, but kena go through it. My friends - the guys semua tak confident I can do this. yes, proven previously that it will not work. But this time kena make sure jadi jugak. Dah banyak invest tu. Cari sport shoe & sport bra pun pening kepala. Dah la mahal.

Morelo gila pagi ni! Work, personal, & diet agenda is so not helping me. Whua..... :(
